Terms of Service

3.1 Registration

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• One email address may only be used for one Bolink account
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential

3.2 Workspace

• One account can have one active workspace
• The workspace Owner is responsible for all activity within it
• Workspace ownership transfer is not available at this time

3.3 Account Security

Contact us immediately at support@bolink.id if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5.1 Prohibited Content

• Content that violates Indonesian law
• Pornographic content, violence, or hate speech
• Fraud, phishing, or scam activities
• Infringement of third-party intellectual property
• Spam or unsolicited bulk communications

5.2 Prohibited Technical Activities

• Accessing Bolink systems in unauthorized ways
• Reverse engineering the platform
• Using bots or automated scrapers
• Sending broadcasts without recipient consent (spam)
• Exceeding usage limits defined by your plan

5.3 Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6.1 Pricing

Free: Rp 0 / month · Starter: Rp 150,000 / month · Pro: Rp 500,000 / month. Prices may change with 30 days prior notice.

6.2 Payment

• Payment is processed manually each month via Protocol
• We accept Virtual Account, QRIS, and credit/debit cards
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew

6.3 Email Quota Top-Up

• Top-up purchases are one-time, not recurring
• Top-up quota is valid for 6 months from purchase date
• Unused quota expires without refund after the validity period

6.4 Trial

• 14-day trial available for Starter and Pro plans
• Email broadcasts limited to 100 emails/month during trial
• No credit card required to start a trial

6.5 Grace Period

• After subscription ends, a 7-day grace period is provided
• All features remain active during the grace period
• After the grace period, the account automatically downgrades to Free

6.6 Refunds

We do not refund active subscriptions, partially used top-ups, or accounts suspended for violations. In specific cases, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis — contact support@bolink.id within 7 days of payment.

7.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create on Bolink, including microsites, forms, and lead data.

7.2 License to Bolink

By using Bolink, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7.3 Bolink Platform

All Bolink code, design, branding, and technology are the exclusive property of Bolink and protected by intellectual property law.

8.1 Your Responsibility

You are fully responsible for lead data collected through Bolink, including:

• Obtaining valid consent from each lead
• Complying with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022)
• Using data consistent with the stated purpose

8.2 Email Broadcast

• You may only broadcast to leads who have given consent
• Every broadcast must include a working unsubscribe option
• Sending spam via Bolink is a serious violation that can result in account termination

9.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee completely uninterrupted service.

9.2 Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via dashboard or email.

9.3 Service Termination

In the event of permanent service termination, we will:

• Provide at least 30 days notice
• Provide data export in a standard format
• Provide a prorated refund for unused subscriptions

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account anytime via Settings → Danger Zone. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13.2 By Bolink

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• These Terms are violated
• There is fraudulent or illegal activity
• Payment fails repeatedly
